The Customer Service provides an after sale support to all of the customers: technical assistance (phone, Internet or on-site), monitoring of the plants that are being produced, spares, programmed maintenance contracts, plants overhauling and all what is required to reduce machine downtimes to the least.

THERMOFORMING PLANTS

Veripack thermo-forming machines includes four models: Entry, Freedom, Flexi and Progress featuring few common characteristics such as the extensive use of stainless steel and top of the range components (Festo, Siemens etc.), as well as removable side panels, design conceived to maximise the use of all the spaces available and to enable an effective plants cleaning and sanitation: special focus on the software for plant control and adjustment that is intuitive and user-friendly through a touch-screen panel.

Fast change-overs in the forming and heat-sealing phases are almost consolidated: by using drawer systems and pneumatic and mechanical handlings, manual interventions are dramatically reduced and subsequently times to change formats, an essential need for an increasingly required flexible production.

All of the models have been enriched with new functionalities that improve performances and simplify use. Every model also boasts specific variants that enable to find out the most appropriate combination to meet the many production needs of the clientele.

HEAT-SEALING PLANTS

Veripack heat-sealing machines, designed to get reliability, resistance and performance, perfectly adapt to any work environment, especially the most aggressive ones. All of the models have been conceived to reduce maintenance operations to the least and to facilitate change-overs or moulds-change, reducing the use of tools to the least.

The small, simple and reliable automatic heat-sealing machines Focus features a stainless steel and anodised aluminium structure that makes it sturdy and highly stress- resistant.

Vision and  Panorama automatic heat-sealing machines, made from stainless steel with a kind of motion that ensures high production rates, are unbreakable, they are suitable for companies with medium-high production volumes as well as semi or fully automated  production lines. The Vision model, fully made from stainless steel mould included, with its many installations in dairies, is really unique.
