Wrap-around/bundling casemaking machine TC600 by Prasmatic

Prasmatic, that recently joined the Aetna group, is an Italian company specialised in the design, building and installation of packaging and wrapping systems.

After many years of experience built up in the world of packaging,  Prasmatic recently introduced at Emballage 2010 a new wrap-around/bundling casemaking machine with film launch, that further implements the vast range of products and solutions that the company can boast.

The new TC600 represents Prasmatic’s most modular, universal and flexible machine, for high speed production and packaging at end of line.

It can achieve various types of packaging: packaging in wrap-around cartons,  tray packs of all heights, bundles with flat board and film, bundles with tray and film and undles with film only.

Depending on the type of packaging, the speed varies from 50 packs/min (in wrap-around board) to 70 bundles/min (tray and film). The production rates can change depending on the type and the size of product, bundle and blank.
