We design, develop and manufacture customized machines and complete turn-key plants to convert aluminium foil, plastic film and baking paper master-rolls into consumer sized rolls; both for household and professional markets.

Mod. 145sG - The automatic embossing-rewinding machine model 145s.G (it will be shown during INTERPACK 2014) produces rolls of micro-embossed aluminium foil. It can produce standard aluminium foil, plastic film and baking paper rolls too.

The micro-embossing technology enables the production of foil rolls at a cost very similar to conventional ones, as the embossing unit is an integral part of the rewinding machine, being installed within the frame of the machine itself.
The individual embossing rollers are pre-assembled into a unit which can be easily and quickly removed and replaced by one with another design, allowing a wide range of different patterns to be easily produced.
