At the prestigious Anuga FoodTec 2024, Clevertech is thrilled to introduce its Raptor palletizing system, a solution already established and widely sought after in the industry.

This cutting-edge technology is designed to meet the most complex needs of the sector, offering a flexible and efficient robotic palletizing system. The Raptor relies on a sophisticated robotic palletizing system, available in configurations with 4 or 6 axes, with the option to choose from renowned robot brands such as ABB, Fanuc, or KUKA. The system is equipped with all the necessary peripherals to handle product input and the movement of full and empty pallets. The forklift-style palletizing head is a key element, capable of precisely handling a wide range of packaging, including secondary packing, interlayers, and empty pallets. With product lifting from the bottom of the secondary packaging and an upper buffer product holding, the headpicking tool ensures a positive grip during deposit on the pallet. This allows for working with various types of secondary packaging, such as cartons, open trays ready to display, trays wrapped in plastic film, and even products as small as 100x100mm packages.

The Raptor can adapt to specific customer needs, sizing the payload based on the product’s specific weight. Additionally, the system can be integrated with a pallet wrapping and labelling system for easy warehouse identification and can seamlessly interface with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). To ensure maximum flexibility, the Raptor comes with controls and architectures based on customer experience, with options to use Siemens or Rockwell technologies. Upon customer request, the forklift head picking tool can be equipped with a vision system to accommodate specific palletizing requirements.
