Tirelli experience to serve diagnostics
The experience in manufacturing packaging machines for the pharmaceutical sector allowed Tirelli to include in its products range a rotative single head sorting/capping machine for small containers such as testtubes, at a speed of 30 BPM. The machine is equipped with a servo motor sorting system that is able to place the test tube in upright position in the star wheel.
Then the closure is inserted with a centering device before arriving to the servo motor closing station that ensures a precise torque application. Finally, a set of sensors control the position of the closure and in case of any error reject the test-tube. Tirelli is also able to provide filling stations, on stand-alone or monoblock configuration, with flow-meters, pistons or peristaltic pumps for a precise and hygienic result.
To ensure the minimum downtime during the cleaning procedure, the filling station can be installed on a removable trolley that can be swapped and replaced with a clean one. All our equipment have the option of Atex class 2 and/or IQ/OQ documentation. Thanks to the help of its partners, Tirelli is also able to install track and trace technology on its labelling and coding machines.
