At interpack 2026, Valmatic Srl presents Mi.Ri. Flex™, an entry-level line designed to deliver maximum flexibility in single-dose packaging. The machine enables the filling and sealing of preformed doses ranging from 1 to 30 ml, meeting the needs of companies operating in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and food sectors.

An evolution of the established Mi.Ri. filling line, the new version introduces improvements in performance and process management, including optimized vial transport and reduced waste. This semi-automatic system is designed to handle containers made of pharmaceutical-grade plastic film, ensuring reliability even in controlled environments and clean rooms.

One of its key advantages is the absence of mold costs: Valmatic offers over 100 pre-existing formats, allowing for quick changeovers and high production versatility without additional investment. The containers, supplied in reels directly by the company, can be filled with liquids, oils, and—thanks to the optional DOSA unit—also with creamy and semi-solid products.

Mi.Ri. Flex™ stands out as a compact, user-friendly, and ready-to-use solution for production runs ranging from small batches to larger volumes, providing efficient and sustainable access to the single-dose market.
