Print&apply and labelers: novelties from Labelpack

This year, and for the first time, Labelpack takes part in the most important international trade show for the packaging industry and presents a host of innovations.

The very first one is the preview presentation of the completely restyled new series of print&apply systems deploying renovated technical solutions. Such innovations focus on the modularity of the application system to permit control of the basic machine complete standardization hence reducing setting time as well as limiting production costs. An innovative PLC with touch screen operator’s terminal controls the electronics of the new print&apply systems.

Together with the new print&apply systems, Labelpack launches the evolution of Labelx labelers also equipped with new high-performing electronic controls with Touch Screen operator’s terminals.

A system from the Modular series represents  automatic labelers with the typical “protruding” structure and with an application output of two labels (front and back) onto both plastic and glass bottles and jars and other cylindrical or quadrangular items. The system is equipped with two automatic Labelx labelers, with a stainless steel flat belt conveyor and a product stabilizer with brushless motor.

A system of the Compact series equipped with a labeling station for cylindrical items and a labeler from series Lablex jr with thermic transfer printing module completes the showcase of the automatic solutions.

Labelpack will take part in Interpack (Düsseldorf, May 12-18): Hall 5 / D30
