Focus on material handling

At interpack, Clevertech will showcase its expertise in material handling across multiple sectors – beverage, food, pet food, and secondary packaging. The stand will feature four robotic islands without traditional conveyor systems, highlighting flexibility and efficiency. Among the key technologies on display is the Hybrid Sweep Off℗ depalletizing head, designed to handle both full and empty cans with high precision, optimizing space and improving production efficiency. The T-REX robotic head, equipped with retractable forks and a squaring system, will also be presented for accurate layer handling. For pouch applications, Clevertech introduces an integrated gripping and drying system with Piab-Kenos® technology and stainless-steel Air Knife, ensuring high performance and minimal residual moisture. The portfolio is completed by an adaptive depalletizing solution for PET and glass bottles, capable of managing variable formats and non-standard pallets, enhancing both safety and efficiency. Finally, Clevertech will highlight its Dynamic Lifecycle Service, including predictive maintenance, 24/7 support, and advanced data analysis tools, supporting performance optimization and sustainability goals.
