50 anni appena compiuti e una presenza stabile nel mercato delle macchine per il packaging: Ronchi Mario S.p.A. realizza macchine automatiche affidabili e versatili per il riempimento e la tappatura di flaconi e bottiglie, nei settori Health Care, Beauty Care e Home Care.
Per un cliente multinazionale di riferimento in Medio-Oriente, Ronchi ha fornito 4 impianti di riempimento e tappatura, per la produzione di shampoo, bagno schiuma e creme. Grazie ad una proficua e continua collaborazione con Siemens, Ronchi ha scelto anche per questi impianti di affidarsi alla completa architettura hardware messa a disposizione da Siemens: dall’elettromeccanica al motion control, sfruttando così il vantaggio dell’integrazione.
Il monoblocco Exacta RM è equipaggiato con PLC di sicurezza Simatic S7-1500F, sistema di Motion Control
Simotion, HMI Comfort Panel, elettromeccanica Sirius, inverter Sinamics G120 e motori asincroni Simotics.
Per questi impianti è stato fatto anche un passo in più nella direzione della standardizzazione dell’interfaccia macchina sempre più richiesta dai clienti finali. È stato infatti predisposto sulle Exacta RM lo standard OMAC-PackML, utilizzando delle librerie ad-hoc realizzate da Siemens, per la configurazione dell’HMI e l’interfacciamento delle macchine con il supervisore di linea e con il MES.

Hardware integration and software standardization
Recently celebrating 50 years of activity and having a continuous presence in the packaging machine market: Ronchi Mario S.p.A. builds reliable and versatile automatic machines for filling and capping bottles in the Health Care, Beauty Care and Home Care sectors.
Ronchi supplied four filling and capping plants to an important multinational in the Middle-East for the production of shampoo, bath foam and creams. Thanks to a fruitful and continuous cooperation with Siemens , Ronchi chose for these plants to rely on the complete hardware architecture offered by Siemens: from electro-mechanics to motion control, taking advantage of the integration that they provide.
The Exacta RM monoblock is equipped with a Simatic S7-1500F safety PLC, a Simotion Motion Control system, Comfort Panel HMI, Sirius electro-mechanics, Sinamics G120 inverters and Simotics asynchronous motors.
Something extra was also done in order to standardize the machine interface for these plants - a frequent request from end customers. In fact, the OMAC-PackML standard has been provided on the Exacta RM, using custom libraries implemented by Siemens to configure the HMI and the machine interface with the line supervisor and the MES.
