Coesia at interpack 2026

Coesia will present its latest innovations in packaging automation at Interpack 2026, offering visitors a comprehensive view of how smart automation, sustainability-driven design and integrated systems are shaping the future of packaging.
“Powering What’s Next” defines Coesia’s positioning for Interpack 2026, where the company will showcase a fully connected ecosystem of technologies and solutions designed to deliver efficiency and performance. As Alessandro Parimbelli, CEO of Coesia, explains: “The packaging industry is moving into a new phase, where intelligent automation, system integration and sustainability are no longer independent forces but must work together to deliver performance, predictability and long-term value. With ‘Powering What’s Next’, we show how this vision translates into concrete industrial solutions, capable of addressing real manufacturing needs across the entire production line”.
At the core of the exhibition are five integrated production lines, developed to mirror real manufacturing conditions and demonstrate how different technologies operate as a single, coordinated system across key industries.

Integrated lines across key industries
Bars, Biscuits & Snacks is a fast-moving sector characterized by high volumes, short production cycles, and increasing pressure on material efficiency. Within this context, Coesia presents two complementary integrated lines. The Chips line streamlines the transition from primary packaging to multipack flow wrapping, guiding products in a continuous and balanced flow. ACMA’s FP ONE flow wrapper ensures precise product handling and high packaging quality through servo-driven control and flexible infeed configurations, while PWR’s SmartLine robotic system enables accurate grouping and high-speed pick-and-place operations within a compact footprint.
The Bars-in-Box line extends this approach to confectionery applications, integrating wrapping, cartoning, case packing, and palletizing. ACMA’s FP EDGE enables high-speed wrapping with compatibility across plastic and paper-based materials, supporting sustainability targets. Downstream, R.A. Jones’ Celestion® MTX provides flexible secondary packaging with tool-less changeovers, while MGS’ MatriX SL™ ensures versatile case packing across multiple formats. The line is completed by FlexLink’s RC12 collaborative palletizer, combining compact design, safety and ease of use.
Pet Food is a dynamic and rapidly evolving market, driven by product variety, flexible formats, and material innovation. Coesia addresses these needs with the Pouch-to-Shelf line, a fully integrated workflow that transforms flexible pouches into shelf-ready packaging. Volpak’s SI 190 simplex platform enables efficient pouch production with fast changeovers and compatibility with recyclable materials, while the WATL 30 case packer, developed with Errelle, ensures flexible product collation and seamless integration into downstream processes. The result is a continuous, controlled flow that enhances both operational efficiency and final product presentation.
Pharma Solutions & Healthcare is a precision-driven environment, where regulatory compliance, traceability, and process stability are essential. The Tube-in-Box line integrates tube filling and cartoning into a single synchronized workflow. Norden’s NM 902 tube filler supports a wide range of materials, including mono-materials, and enables precise, servo-controlled dosing with high efficiency. The NC 100 ensures reliable carton forming, filling and closing with fast format changes and pre-programmed configurations, delivering a compact, compliant and highly repeatable production system.
Skin & Sun Care is defined by premium positioning, high SKU variability and strict hygiene requirements. Coesia’s Cosmetics line integrates tube filling, cartoning, case packing and palletizing into a compact and ergonomic solution. Citus Kalix’s KX1103 EVO tube filler enables fast, tool-less format changeovers and flexible batch management, while the KP800 EVO cartoner ensures careful product handling and ease of operation. The CCP20 robotic case packer delivers high-speed, vision-based packing accuracy, and FlexLink’s RC20 palletizer completes the line with collaborative, space-efficient end-of-line automation.

Standalone technologies: modular innovation across the line
Alongside integrated lines, Coesia will present a comprehensive portfolio of standalone technologies designed to improve specific phases of the packaging process:
- ACMA will showcase FP EDGE, a high-speed flow wrapper capable of processing both plastic and paper-based materials on a single platform, reducing material consumption while maintaining performance. FP ONE complements the range as a versatile solution featuring cantilever design, intuitive HMI and simplified maintenance for improved uptime.
- CITUS KALIX will present the KX1103 EVO tube filler, capable of completing format changeovers in under 10 minutes without tools, the KP800 EVO cartoner with ergonomic design and assisted changeover, and the CCP20 robotic case packer, featuring multi-pick capability and vision-based quality control for precise end-of-line operations.
- FLEXLINK will introduce RC12 and RC20 collaborative palletizers, designed for safe human-machine interaction, compact footprint and ease of deployment. The company will also showcase conveying and elevating systems with integrated condition monitoring, enabling real-time performance insights, improved product flow, and increased overall equipment effectiveness.
- HAPA will present the H863 Labeljet, an inline digital printing solution for pharmaceutical applications that eliminates the need for pre-printed labels, reducing waste, simplifying inventory management and ensuring high-quality, abrasion-resistant printing at high speeds.
- MGS will showcase the MatriX SL™, a modular side-load case packer capable of handling multiple case styles - including wrap-around, tray and regular slotted containers - within a single platform, enabling high flexibility and fast changeovers.
- NORDEN will exhibit the NM 902 tube filler, designed for high efficiency and compatibility with multiple materials and formats, alongside the NC 100 cartoner and the NTP 80 tray and sleeve packer, which enables rapid switching between box and shelf-ready tray formats in a matter of minutes.
- R.A. Jones will present the Celestion® MTX, a modular top-load packaging platform capable of handling a wide range of products and configurations, ensuring high-speed, accurate product collation and adaptability to evolving packaging requirements.
- VOLPAK, including Enflex and solutions enabled by Errelle (a Coesia partner), will introduce the D-17 Premade system for pre-made pouch applications, designed for flexibility and quick changeovers, along with the SM+ and SI 190 simplex platforms for stand-up and flat pouch production, all compatible with recyclable and mono-material films. The WATL 30 case packer ensures efficient integration into complete packaging lines across multiple industries.
- PWR (a Coesia partner) will showcase the SmartLine robotic solution, designed for high-efficiency pick-and-place operations in food applications, and the VTM feeder, enabling precise product singulation and feeding for downstream processes.
Additional expertise from other Coesia companies will complement the portfolio, covering digital printing, advanced industrial processing and pharmaceutical primary packaging solutions. This includes ATLANTIC ZEISER, G.D, GF and Rotzinger Transver. As the latest addition to the Coesia Group, Rotzinger Transver specializes in regulating and synchronizing product flow between production and packaging, including high-capacity buffering and distribution, as well as in hygienic conveying systems for the food and confectionery industries.
