Sin dalla sua fondazione nel 1979 il gruppo TLM si è sviluppato in vari settori industriali. Nei primi anni Novanta puntando su innovazione, rapidità produttiva e orientamento al cliente è iniziata la produzione delle confezionatrici flow pack.
La confezionatrice orizzontale “Wiki”, altamente automatizzata, è progettata per produzioni contenute con cambio formato automatico e soluzioni tecniche pari alle macchine per grandi volumi. Praticamente è la base per il modello superiore Dynamic.
Molto del successo di “Wiki” - sottolinea il Ceo Alessio Messina – si deve alla tecnologia Siemens e ai suoi tecnici che, nel nostro caso, hanno davvero fatto la differenza.
Wiki monta il più piccolo sistema Siemens di motion control della famiglia Simotion (Simotion D410-2) e i nuovi pannelli HMI touch, Simatic Comfort Panel, con un sistema di azionamento Sinamics V70.
La scalabilità del sistema della piattaforma Simotion ha permesso di utilizzare lo stesso controllo scelto dal cliente per le macchine ad alte performance, riscalato sulla taglia base, consentendo così ai tecnici di sfruttare un know how già acquisito.

Since its foundation in 1979, the TLM group has grown in various industrial sectors. In the early nineties, it focussed on innovation, production speed and customer needs, and started manufacturing the flow pack packaging machines.
The highly-automated “Wiki” horizontal packaging machine was designed for small production runs with automatic format change and technical solutions equal to those for high production rate . Thus, it is the basis for the superior Dynamic model.

The scalability of the Simotion platform has allowed us to use a scaled-down version the same control system chosen by the customer for the high-performance machines, allowing the engineers to reuse the know-how already acquired.
